These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the use of the website located at https://dash88.click and all associated services, products, and functionalities offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform") by Dash88 Group (hereinafter referred to as "Dash88", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", or "you") irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the Dash88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, partnership, or automated system;
2. You are at least 21 years of age;
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of Dash88, nor an immediate family member thereof;
5. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for cause;
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
7. You are not the holder of any other active or suspended Account on the Platform — only one Account per individual is permitted.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify Dash88 promptly of any material changes.

KYC Verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, and may be required at any point at Dash88's reasonable discretion. You may be asked to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (Malaysian Ringgit fifty) for all fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of approximately RM100, subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited funds to the originating source, less any applicable processing costs.

Dash88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically feasible. Where this is not possible, Dash88 may request additional verification to ensure funds are returned to a source verifiably owned by you.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

1. KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
2. Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met in full;
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the cash-out limits applicable to any active bonus;
4. The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding flags, restrictions, or compliance holds.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow & FPX: 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours;
• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 1 hour;
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business hours;
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically within 2 hours.

Dash88 Gold Tier loyalty members benefit from priority withdrawal processing available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. All withdrawal requests are subject to Dash88's internal security review process, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

Dash88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only, subject to applicable wagering requirements and expiry windows;
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• The maximum bet per round or wager when playing with active Bonus Funds is RM300 unless a lower limit is specified for a particular promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and associated winnings;
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion — slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain games may contribute 0%;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible User. Duplicate accounts or attempts to claim bonuses multiple times will be treated as fraud.

Dash88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Specific bonus offers will have their own supplementary terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and, where in conflict with these general terms, prevail.

All bets and wagers placed on the Dash88 Platform are subject to the individual game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface. In addition to product-specific rules, the following general provisions apply:

• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed, subject to the Platform's technical settlement process. Dash88 is not liable for errors resulting from misunderstanding of bet types or market rules by the User;
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session or sports event (including disconnection, server error, or data feed interruption), Dash88 will make reasonable efforts to settle affected bets based on verified official results. Dash88's decision in such matters is final;
• Odds and game outcomes on sports betting markets are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. Published odds at the time of confirmation constitute the final applicable odds;
• Live betting markets (in-play betting) for sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other covered competitions are offered on a best-efforts basis and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time at Dash88's discretion;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dash88 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
2. Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
4. Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain a competitive advantage or manipulate outcomes;
5. Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
6. Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds or conducting any transaction that is, or may be, in breach of anti-money laundering legislation;
7. Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to the Platform;
8. Match Fixing: Any involvement in or knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with events offered on the Platform.

Dash88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion or evidence of any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulation, regulatory directive, or court order;
• A determination that the Account was registered in violation of the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• Protection of Dash88's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention and platform integrity.

In the event of Account termination due to a violation of these Terms, Dash88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds that are not subject to active disputes or compliance holds will be returned to the User's verified payment method following an appropriate review period.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Dash88 customer support. A voluntary closure request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any Real Money Balance will be disbursed following standard verification procedures.

All content on the Dash88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of Dash88 Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• The right to resell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content;
• The right to collect or use product listings, descriptions, or prices;
• The right to download or copy Account information for the benefit of any third party;
• The right to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform or its content terminates the licence granted herein and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dash88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Dash88's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, regardless of the form of the action, shall in no event exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Dash88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Dash88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in accordance with recognised responsible gambling standards. The following tools are available to all registered Users from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts to prevent excessive play periods;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict Account access for a specified period of between 24 hours and 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

The version of the Terms effective at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless superseded by a subsequent version mutually agreed upon in writing.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Dash88 Group is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and Dash88 arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Dash88 customer support. Dash88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of initial notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as applicable. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
